Had to wait over 15 minutes for verification. That never happened, so I opted for the chat with an agent. Also, nothing. Called into the office for help which I received. (Thank you Annie) Couldn't open lock box as it was stuck and took a good whack with a hammer that I didn't have with me. Very frustrating using the self-rental program but it was thorough in walking you through the process of the rental.

I was charged $8 for fuel fill up despite photographic proof that the fuel level was higher when I dropped off the vehicle than when I picked it up..

Dale SWas only good for a drop off. Nobody is on site. Happened to stop by 3 weeks earlier to get some information and I got lucky that someone was there who told me what to do for the drop off.
