Alexia does not believe in customer first she told me to go outside and so she can lock the door to take care of stuff in the back. I never heard of such a thing when I drop off a vehicle I want to be clear of the vehicle before I leave. I don’t want to find out later that there’s something wrong with the vehicle and they want reimbursement for whatever reason. My brother tried to help me out then she got into an argument with my brother. He was gonna call the cop because she would not take care my paperwork. She was rude and unprofessional, and the man that was working with her was a little more pleasant than she is.. I will never go back to this location ever

GORDON SThe app is terrible. It crashed 5 times during the checkout process and took an hour. Very frustrating. Had to contact customer support twice just to get the keys. Fix this or remove the option. I will never use it again and tell everyone I know the same.
ADAM D$81 cost for 18 mile trip (45 minutes)!?? $18 gas cost!!?? Do you wanna tell me that 10'' small truck consumed $1 gas per mile!?? The tank wasn't even full at the beginning. However, the funny was that they gave me the wrong key and directed me to the wrong truck at first. I need a manager to investigate this transaction and call me. Date of service 10/14/2025.
