The location and human being at the location saved your sale. They both get an A+, 5 star, 10 out of 10 from me. Your online experience was absolutely terrible. It wasn't going to let me order the truck because it couldn't locate my cell phone even thought I waa sitting right at the location. It was difficult to navigate, and if the human wasn't there to help me, I honestly would have ordered a truck from a different company and never ordered from Uhaul again. You should focus more on human customer service rather than cheap online robots to take care of your business. The human interaction is what has made your company successful for the last 50 years. Don't ruin it by depending on crappy AI and robots.
