This place has no idea i was dropping trailer off there and barely had room. Also recieved a call on Sunday telling me I couldn't drop trailer off there as they were at capacity when I had already dropped it off at ajs at 3pm on Friday when was done with the trailer. Not sure why it wasn't checked in when I asked the people at ajs so I need to check it in or anything they said no we will do an that.

He worries more about the Spanish speaking customers than the Non Spanish speaking customers. I personally told him and showed him the rental was returned in his lot, YET he processed the next NIGHT causing a 2 day rental rather than a 3.5 HOUR rental. I am still fighting to have that EXTRA DAY REFUNDED!!! My next rental will be from a different place.
William NThe location and human being at the location saved your sale. They both get an A+, 5 star, 10 out of 10 from me. Your online experience was absolutely terrible. It wasn't going to let me order the truck because it couldn't locate my cell phone even thought I waa sitting right at the location. It was difficult to navigate, and if the human wasn't there to help me, I honestly would have ordered a truck from a different company and never ordered from Uhaul again. You should focus more on human customer service rather than cheap online robots to take care of your business. The human interaction is what has made your company successful for the last 50 years. Don't ruin it by depending on crappy AI and robots.
Kevin BBuckeye is Rural, so some might not prefer..the folks who manage it are nice and providing a much needed service in the area.
