Was to pick up 20 ft truck at 9. Found out it wouldn't be there til 12. Finally got truck at 1 My help waited 4 hours to load. 2 of the four men had to leave at 2:30 leaving me with only 2 men. Im 74 and could not help much. I was told I would receive $50.00 back. HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND??? This was so frustrating. I had reserved the truck two weeks ago. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. THEY TOLD ME I COULD GO TO HOLDEN OR ODESSA, MO AND GET ONE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN EXTRA TIME AND MILEAGE. It took approx 30 minutes to check me in after I got there There were 3 men waiting for their reserved 10 foot truck, which was not there either MY PEOPLE WAISTED 4 HOURS ON THEIR DAY OFF WAITING FOR THE TRUCK AND I PAIDED THEM TO SIT I WILL BE EXPECTING AT LEAST 50.00 REFUND. WHILE WAITING FOR THE TRUCK, WE PUT A FEW THINGS IN MY PILOT AND GRANDSONS TRUCK YO MOVE. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN NECESSARY I ,AT 74, HAD TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR SAT NIGHT AS TGERE WAS NOT TIME TO SET UP THINGS BEFORE MY HELP HAD TO MOVE. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER YOU HAVE MY INFORMATION, EMAIL AND PHONE. PLEASE CALL OR MESSAGE ME ABOUT MY REFUND. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM AN ASSOCIATE OF YOUR COMPANY THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.
