Pick up attendant was rude and unprofessional. Equipment was dirty inside and out. Would not take this janky trashy looking trailer into a nice neighborhood. Had 30 blankets that were wet that the attendant had me unload and reload into another trailer. Which made my clothes wet in the cold weather. The ball hitch lock was not working correctly and created a safety hazard. The tab that hold the nob from rotating loose did not engage. Constantly had to get out of my truck and tighten so it didn’t come off on the road. Of course I didn’t notice this till I got it loaded and was on the road. The attendant at checkout did not check the latch security. No ramps available, no straps available, very limited tie downs in trailer, no offers for moving blankets, such a huge pain and frustrating experience. Will never come back and will actively tell people I know not to utilize this company. Did not even offer to refund or compensate me in any way for any of the troubles they set me up to have.

MICHEAL FTruck dirty in cargo area Also I was told it be okay to drop off the next day 2pm Then I was harass by the store because someone had scheduled the truck for 11am! The excuse I got was the person was new who told me it was okay to drop off by 2pm. Then after all that there are charging me an extra $40. After I even clean the inside of cab. Not going back to this location.
