The store location is convenient, so I would recommend for that reason. Personnel needs customer service training. Lacking in people skills. I made the reservation over the phone. A few days later I stopped in the store to reconfirm. There was just one person behind the counter so, I waited for about 20 mins. while clerk finished paperwork and brought customer out to their rental. When the clerk came back in he started helping a customer who had walked in the door with him, for a propane tank. I said, "I've been waiting here for 30 minutes." The clerk said, "He just wants a propane tank." I was left to wait another 5 minutes, with no apology. When I arrived on rental day, the clerk said they were going to give me a 15' truck (I had ordered a 10' box truck). He said things get busy on the weekend and the 10' truck is popular. I was incensed and told clerk that I had placed the order over the phone, came in the store to reconfirm and, now he's telling me I'll be getting a 15' truck. I told him absolutely not and, the store manager stepped in and gave me the 10' truck.

No comment. The whole experience was very positive. The truck was ready for us and was relatively new which was important as we were driving across the USA from Rhode Island to Oregon. The truck gave us no problems. The only drawback was the gas mileage these trucks get (approx. 10mpg) but that information is well posted on the UHaul site so it was not a surprise.

The staff member hooked up the wrong tow dolly and had to switch to a different one. He was polite and apologized but took longer than expected.

Your general manager for this branch is aweful has no respect for people or there property she was yelling at customers in front of people and jumping all over my truck to clean the roof of a trailer which then broke my wires for my harness. I then tried calling customer service but got hung up on. Needless to say I'm not happy and this ordeal.

I went to pick up the truck I had reserved. I was told the keys were in the truck. I went back in the store and told the Gentleman. He said yes there in there check under the seat. Went back outside checked under the seat. No keys to be found. He started looking in the store could. Find the keys we both went outside again. Checked the truck again . Could not locate them. Then another Person came from the back of the lot. He had the keys. We wasted more then a half hour looking for the keys!!! I think the truck should of been ready .the keys should of been with the person who was handling the rental!!! Other then that I have no other complaints!!!

Was told I could return truck to another location but had to call them. I called them and the said storage was full and I had to return to original location. My wife called to complain and they credited us with extra mileage for the mix up. Good service recovery

Why being charged 3000 bucks for a truck at 40 per day had it month filled gas tank I will fight these charges on credit card should been 1170 bucks call me 24 7 asking dumb questions never ever again if u rent watch card statements

Tell the female employee to watch her language. My 7yr old and I could hear her foulness from the back room. Manuel could give more explaination w/o being prompted to do so. When returning the vehicle I was told "u r all set, we will email a receipt". Not a big fan of that practice. If there was a problem I wouldn't have much grounds to dispute it. Seems a little sleazy.

I was charged for moving supplies that I was not aware of. I thought the charge to my account was for the rental. No one was aware of where the charges to my account came from. I never received any moving supplies. A separate operation from the rental. Attempts to get this corrected have not been successful.

truck had less gas,more miles than on the contract...employee fixed it that was ok... i returned it with more gas than it had FYI. my main issue was i repeatedly told the employee Manny that i COULD NOT have my card charged, he replied that it WOULD NOT be charged... i paid cash upon my return to find out the card was in fact charged not had the HOLD put in place but charged... i told him i had a bill due today that i only had enough money on the card to cover and they said sorry it will take 2-3 days for the refund.... i am very unhappy i will have late charges for the bill and its U-Haul's fault not mine...i would like to see something done to keep me as a customer.I don't think i will return as of this point and i will NEVER refer anyone.
