Returned truck on weekend and place was closed. Attempted the app for 15 minutes. Just gave up and deposited the keys in the drop box.

Marc HDrop off process was left up to me to do everything except for location for unhooking to store it. No paperwork was done while I was there. No help at all. I returned the trailer at 10:05 on 3/25/25. I answered "Was place clean?" With "no" because I didn't even go inside. Needed another answer option like "other" with a comment box to explain. Same goes for "recommend this location".
Jacky SDoor was locked. When I finally got a hold of someone inside they told me to “go put it by the trucks” and when I asked for help they said no and shut the door. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this location ever.
