How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was closed and I had to do a self drop off. Not much to go on for rating it.
Rick DThe U-Haul truck drove very well, and we had a smooth ride throughout the trip. Overall, the fuel consumption was excellent, and we arrived safely in Lexington without any mechanical issues. However, once it started raining in Bloomington-Normal, both the driver’s side and the passenger’s side began leaking badly. It was very uncomfortable having water coming into the truck while we were driving in the rain. When I returned the truck, I informed the attendant about the issue. The only response I received was, “We’ll check on that.” I was disappointed that there was no apology or compensation for the discomfort and inconvenience I experienced. Despite this issue, the overall driving experience was good, and I appreciate that the truck got us to our destination safely.
