Did not get the appliance dolly. Still got charged for it even though i chatted with someone to have it removed. Someone didn't press a button so I wasn't able to check in.

marianne hHave the keys inside vs a lockbox that couldn’t be opened. The manager had to saw off the lock. 24 hr pickup would have been a disaster as there was no way to get the key.
