Under staffed on a busy Sunday morning, wait ,wait and wait to return trailer. the trailer has no tongue jack really, what if you need to switch vehicles? you can't! Oh and further more, you have to give up so much personnel information to rent a trailer the only thing they didn't need is a finger print. OMG! never again. renting a car is easier with less personnel info required

something needs to be done for returning trailers. trying to back a trailer into the front spaces with cars and your van in the way is NOT very easy!!!!!! need to have some kind of pull thru area for returns. need to have at least one other person working - line gets pretty long with only (1) person working

The rental personnel were very polite and efficient. The truck was clean. Truck had a significant shimmy ( visible in steering wheel ) at 55mph. Needs an alignment. Perhaps was not ok was that there was a damage statement neatly tucked in the rental agreement that was not pointed out to me. I found it when I returned the truck. It said that there was damage to the truck cab, with the temporary repair using aluminum tape. The renter takes responsibility for any water damage to items transported......Why would I rent a truck that I drove for 7 hours in pouring rain with a hole in the roof? Seems pretty sneaky to me! Luckily nothing happened. A lesson learned on my part....next time I will review every document in the rental agreement.

I would not change a thing. Your staff was very pleasant, professional and went up and beyond to help me with no charge even though I could not return the cargo van till the next day. I had an issue with a trailer light fuse on my vehicle (not the U-Haul Trailer) and the U-Haul rep helped me to correct the issue by finding and changing out the fuse for me (at no cost). She did not have to do that and went above and beyond what was required to help me be able to take the trailer.

I have used this U-Haul location on several occasions and it is always a hit or miss as to whether the manager will be helpful or not. It would be nice to see a higher level of customer service from her on a consistent basis.

mobile after hours return didn't work on my phone... appliance dolly stair belts didn't work as well as they could have Corporate - Perhaps, it's time to consider more advanced materials for trailers, to make them lighter while maintaining strength? Perhaps a little more aerodynamics in the trailers too...?

Had a very bad return experience. My confirmation on my phone said a 1:00 return time, but apparently because we picked it up early, we were charged a 2 hour late fee. I saw that it did say 11:00 return on the contract, but things were not explained thoroughly(not at all) I am 75 years old, and it just doesn't seem right. PLEASE make sure you understand your contract. Cost me another $52.00 for NOTHING. Shame on U-Haul.

I was told in the store that if I return the truck early I would nkt pay as much but when I called the main customer service after the rental was charged the full amount, I was told it was a flat rate and I never would have received a discount. I would not have returned the truck early if that was the case because it was a big hassle to return it. I feel like the store just wanted the truck to rent to another customer and had no regard for my rental. I also returned it doing the online check in and was not given a receipt of it being returned until the next day. The online process of returning should have a help number to call at any hour.
