Advise other customers that they cannot sit in a uhaul vehicle blocking the entrance to the driveway, It impedes the ability of other customers, either picking up or returning vehicles.

Paul MArrived to pick up and couldn't get the keys due to a frozen lock. The vehicle had an issue which was reported that would need repairs. Showed up to return the vehicle and there was no where to park and no one to contact
