Dan DCounter service at Sherwin Industries Location was excellent...quick, yet thorough check-in and explanation of drop off procedures. Note: Saturday after-hours use of key drop box proved challenging...followed procedures written on box, but could not upload/compete use of the Uhaul App prior to depositing the truck return key into the key drop box. None-the-less, received accurate, detailed receipt of rental fees within 24 hours.
STEVEN EEverything was great except the app to try to pick my truck up. Spent an HOUR on the phone with customer service trying to get it to work while my movers were being paid to do nothing. With today's technology, you would think they could get their app to work better.
