It was very easy and the staff are excellent!

Robert DThe facility was not open at the stated open time. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come. Then waited another 10+ minutes for them to find the key. The vehicle had visible dents and scratches which upon return I had to prove was not done by me. The transmission was clearly not right, hard to get in gear. It however did make it to my destination. The cabin itself had food from the prior rental. I would not get a vehicle from this location again. I have used uHaul many times and this was the first bad experience.
