The cargo We rented was covered in snow and ice, took me and my friend half an hour to clean. We were blocked in by an employees car for half an hour and couldn't even leave the location. After that, the guy gave us some attitude right before leaving. We reserved furniture pads and moving blankets, we were told they didn't have any the day of (could have made accommodations to get some myself if I had known this ahead of time). Parking spot for the van was covered in snow, I almost fell into a basement window well because the spot around was not cleaned of ice and snow.
