I was told to put any number as estimated miles as I would be refunded if I didnt use all of them. Out of 25, I used only 8, but no refund was received. The persn at the counter didnt know what he was doing at all.

The lot is tight. I used a neighbouring lot to park my personal vehicle during the move. I found the self-checkout experience intuitive and reasonably easy to use.

Alberto MThere was no drop box. Luckily some man came out to help us as we were not sure where to park or leave the keys. Next time I would derive to Fairview instead. I hope the drop off was ok. I am not sure about it being inviting. It seemed sceptical
