This location is terrible doing business. that equipment had a flat with low tire and Drity.i was racially, profiled and discriminated sad :( good by I’m dealing with the situation.

Very glad they were open on Veterans’ Day to process our truck return.
GREGORY GI originally made the reservation 3 weeks out to pickup the truck in Weatherford Oklahoma. The agent said it would be guaranteed to be there on pickup day and the time. The day before pickup, a rep called me and said that supposedly a customer would be bringing a truck in at 11:30 in the morning of the pickup, not my guaranteed time, and not even a guarantee that the truck would be there then, if the customer did not get it returned on time. The agent said the original agent should never had told me that the truck would be a GUARANTEED pickup. I was given an option to pickup a guaranteed truck in Watonga. When I told the agent I would pickup the truck in Watonga she told me I would get 1 free day and so many miles credit. Hopefully that happened. Other than the original agent booking the original reservation and being misleading with the guaranteed pickup, both the Watonga and Mustang locations were very professional. Eddy McLaughlin
