My moving plan was ruined by a glitch in the app that canceled the moving help that I requested at the affordable price I was quoted. I ended up getting the truck without accomplishing the main reason I needed the truck in the first place. When I called to rectify the situation I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I love uhaul and have been satisfied every other time I've used the service, but this time was a complete and utter let down.
