The back roller door was not working properly but still given to us to use. It had to exchanged (because of its malfunctioning) and I wanted the original site assigned (860 Waveland Ave.) to take care of getting a replacement trailer.
Edward CIt was very easy to drop off the trailer I rented. They sent me a confirmation through my E-mail and that was it.
Paul FRegarding punctuality: if there is a modification or update to the schedule compared to what was originally planned, it is advisable to inform the client in a timely manner.
