It was not a good experience , based on that i would Not recommend this Uhaul location. When we got there , there was no place to do up the paperwork, it is in a convince store, and we had ro fill lit the papaerwork at the till, while the employee was serving customers also , at that till . So it felt like we were getting in the way because the same desk is being used to pay for snacks, gas , and fill out your rental paperwork. We took the extra insurance , but the emplaoyee told us to make sure and take pictures of Any All damage , so we wouldn't get dinged for it , and also to take pictures of the dashboard before and after to show milage and gas. The employee didnt even come out to show us the truck , and see any damages her self. We ended up takimg quite a few pictures as there were a lot of dings on the vehile , and the inside of the cab was dirty with im assuming coffee splashes and crumbs. We used the truck , and came back more than 2 hours early, but we wanted to make sure we took a bunch of pictures again to prove we were dropping it exactly how we picked it up , took pictures of the inside and the dash for kilometers and gas. We were sonworried about getting the pics , we accidently locked the key in the truck . We went right in and told the uhaul representative, she said not to worry about it , they would take care of that , she did come out and look in the back of the truck saw it was clean . , she said thanked us, said everything looked good , said she would close out our contract and email us a copy . She Never said that they would be charging $ 100 to have a new key made , and the only reason I found that out is when I saw the email After we left . Yes we locked the key in the truck, but we wouldn't have if we had not been so worried about getring the pictures that the 1st employee told us to make sure we got. She should have came out with us to verify the condition of the truck at pick up, then the same at drop off . We would like at least some of that money back on our card , the key wouldn't have been locked in if we weren't worred about the pics, from the advice of the first employee, then lied to by the 2nd when she decided not to tell us about the $100 charge .

ROBIN GAlthough this location was excellent it was not where I had scheduled the pick up to be. It was an additional 30 minute drive in the opposite direction to where I was using it. This was only conveyed to me the morning before and gave me no other option than to accept it as I needed the truck the day after. This meant that my most of my allowed mileage was used up to drive past the place I thought I would be picking up. It also cost me additional costs in fuel. All of this said, the truck was very good and exceeded my expectations.
Andy Ci was supposed to drop the trailer off on Sunday at Snow in Coldwater. Got a call from U Haul to say they needed it in Orillia. i said no too far for me. The girl said there was another location only 5 KM away from Coldwater. She lied. Waverly was 15 KM EACH way difference....30 km overall. i want $.50 / km for delivery. there was no one there to help me disconnect the trailer Then i got a bill yesterday for a charge for delivering the trailer on Sunday....which was my scheduled date.
RICHARD Suhaul, was blocked in, barely gad enough room to get out of lot , also staff not trained properly to fill out form to rent uhaul , .took 45mins to finally rent, get snow off and be on my way. late in entire journey, could of jeopardized my whole day..
