Location was great. Chat experience with the agent to validate license was not. He was not helpful and only made the situation stressful. His name started with an A I believe.

Very poor customer experience. I dropped the rental at 6:30pm on 4/27 and the office was already closed (supposed to be open till 7pm). Phone number associated with the location did not answer and I was unable to leave a voice mail. I was also told there would be a key drop off box and there's NO drop box at this location. I completed the self check out service but did not feel comfortable leaving the key in the van, I kept the key with me and I am in process of contacting the drop off location. I'm very unhappy with my Uhaul drop off experience and would appreciate someone from Uhaul contacting me to address this issue.
