This location picked up my reservation when another could not find the keys to the truck I had reserved. Prior customer did not return them as intended. But this site took me immediately and I got on the road with minimal delay. Good job!

EDUARDO APicking up the vehicle was awesome - the process stinks - just because I'm out of state I need TWO references - are you people crazy? I've rented enough Uhauls in the last 10 years to move the entire state of Texas twice over - for business and personal use - and now I have to provide two references - names, emails and phone numbers - REALLY!??!?!?! The vehicle itself was clean and drove wonderfully well - kept cruise and the AC was excelent - everything about the vehicle was awesome - everything about the process stunk! And if that was not too bad - I TOPPED IT OFF and I get dinged to 1/8 for fuel - SERIOUSLY PEOPLE !??!?!?!?! And that's what sent me last time to Penske and Enterprise - a little higher rates but I HAVE NEVER HAD A FUEL issue - and NEVER had to provide TWO REFERENCES to rent a damn truck - cold day in $%^#$% when I get another UHaul
