Was not explained that I would receive email and needed to do walk around before I left lot. Email was not seem until after truck packed and gone. Was told to leave a quarter tank gas in truck and I did but when spin off owed another 3 gallons of of gas because it had more than a quarter tank in it. Did online reservation 6 days ahead, and first confirmation emailsent me to place that did not even have 20,' truck. Called uhaul and had that changed, after 4 calls. Next haul rep change my reservation from 300 mile out of town move to an in town move. Got back on phone with haul and change it back. Overall experience was a human, ME, chasing AI and other elect mistakes.
