I was very disappointed. I had to wait almost half an hour to have someone show up with the keys to the truck I was renting. The person who brought me the keys was very rude upon giving me the keys. The truck smelled bad inside and the windows and mirrors were very dirty. I had to stop at a gas station to clean them off in order to see safely to change lanes or monitor the traffic behind me. Compared my past U-Haul rentals, this was the worst experience I've ever had.
