My wife came to pick me up and I was right behind her the guy running it left even though she said I was right behind her. I backed it in a spot put the sun shade up and turned the key in. Today I get a receipt were they charged a 25.00 cleaning fee....for what I have know idea I sweep it out before I left to bring it back. I think that's why he left so he could pull something like this....I should be returned my 25.00 dollars that is absolutely absurd...I literally sweep it out myself before I returned.
ROGER TUnknown as it was after hours, however make sure you fold your blankets so they can be hopefully unfolded and hopefully washed and folded again or you will be charged $25 cleaning fee.

SARA DThe person did not communicate well, and this lead to a potential issue when he did not put down the correct drop-off location instead of the address we provided him. Completely unnecessary issue after a long day of unpacking. We will absolutely NOT recommend the Mattress Goddess for UHaul lol.
