The person did not communicate well, and this lead to a potential issue when he did not put down the correct drop-off location instead of the address we provided him. Completely unnecessary issue after a long day of unpacking. We will absolutely NOT recommend the Mattress Goddess for UHaul lol.

MARK GHad a 9’ van reserved a week & a half in advance but the location still didn’t have it available. Waited over an hour for the office to open (remote pick-up at 1 but office didn’t open until 2) but they never showed. Was forced to use a 26’ box truck to avoid having to reschedule a different contract for the following week. Almost the same situation happened to me 2 months prior at the Sylva location! Both times was told I’d get a $50 credit to make up for the mistake but never received anything! Genuinely considering going with Budget rentals next time.

Samantha SAvoid this dealer. He was not on site at prescribed time. He was incompetent and unprofessional. Very sketchy property. The lot was a giant mud hole, thought I was gonna get stuck. He shouldn’t have a franchise.
