SIDDARTHA KThe app sucks. I booked the truck in advance but the day I was supposed to pick it up, it wouldn't load and then said there wasn't equipment assigned and I would have to call the help desk. Instead, I just talked to the person at the site who took care of it. But what's the point of the app if I have to do that anyway? Plus, the six emails afterwards is overkill.
