There was no uhaul representative available at this location. The clerk had to call 2 different people to get authorization to give me the truck.

No one was available to assist me. I had to find rocks to block the trailer tires. I had to call U-haul twice to get the location to check in my trailer. When they checked it in, they put the wrong date/time.

Nicklas AThe vehicle wasn’t cleaned and the handle on the drivers side was hanging off. I had to crawl through the passenger side. It had 1/2 tank of gas and left with 3/4 in the tank. The driver side was damaged bad and thought was going to come open on the highway.
