I took the truck back after hours with no communication with staff or entering to see cleanliness.

With just a couple phone calls they set up the truck and tow dolly for me on very short notice and even provided after hours service to make sure I got on my way with no hassle and the right equipment. The rating system only goes to 5 stars, but they earned many more.

Gibson gTrain your staff how to do all transactions including how to rent a truck. Gentleman Saturday morning hat no clue what to do and instead charging for a one day rental, that's what I needed, he was charging me two days, then another lady came into the building tried to help out was blaming on the computer been too slow. When I asked a question, she responded very rude, so unprofessional.
