I did a weekend pickup when the location was closed. I appreciated being able to use the self service option to get the truck but everything felt super complicated. I reserved ahead of time thinking I could just go and pick it up but there were still many steps to complete once I arrived before I could even get the key. The location was not a problem and was conveniently located, but there were no lights and had to return the truck by phone flashlight when I dropped it off. We were also the last of the night to return our truck and there were no parking spots left. That was due to how some other customers parked their trucks but a cone or sometime to designate parking spots would have been helpful.

TAMARA MThe location is new, thus I cannot give it an excellent. However, we experienced trouble with the trailer. It came unhitched from my truck and if not for the safety chains my truck would be damaged. The light connection was damaged and we had no lights. :(
