Arrived to drop off spot, was never greeted by any one. Not sure how long it took to disconnect as I do not know when they started or when they finished. I noticed a group of people were disconnecting then I waited for someone to tell me I was okay to leave no one came to me. I looked and decided to move forward to check. Then from afar 2 gentlemen walking signaled to move. I began to move and that’s when I noticed they were laughing because each other thought the other had spoken to me. A little more professionalism might improve customer service.
