Only issue was the trailer I reserved hadn't arrived yet, so they told me to call the help line instead of them figuring it out. The trailer arrived 5 min after my scheduled pickup time so it wasnt a huge deal but they should have sorted it instead of me.

kenneth aCustomers should know that that google maps will have them drive the wrong way. Stay on the loop and enter the uhaul parking lot from there.
