Excellent service
MARK LThe vehicle was dirty, there was no washer fluid or coolant, the heating knob was broken so you could only adjust it with a needle nose pliers and one of the headlights was burned out. Tires were low on air. And we asked the person on duty for another vehicle or to fix these issues, they said there is nothing they could do, Terrible Customer Service! We had to make all the fixes to have a safe drive and it took time away from our move. Also, they have no packing supplies available. Terrible experience, we would never rent from that UHaul again!
LANCE SI was to pick up a car hauler at Decolas near Burnsville, NC. They did not have the item. They said it was at another location west of Asheville, an hour or more away. I called and they were closed on Monday, the day I needed the item. I called around and found a toy hauler in Weaverville, about 45 minutes away. The toy hauler worked well and the U-Haul owner was helpful. However, the experience of not having what I reserved (not unique to me) is totally unacceptable and indicates no concern for customer convenience. in the way U-Haul handles reservations. Note; two friends had similar problems.
