Check all the tires on the tow dolly before letting it leave the location. Both tires had to be replaced less than 10 miles from the pickup location, causing me to lose over an hour travel time.
ROBERT CThe owner never answered the phone after we picked up the trailer and was not there during the set business hours. We had no assistance to drop off the trailer. It’s a very tight lot we had a very difficult time putting the trailer back in the spot we picked it up in. We had to figure out how to unhook the trailer our self.
VALERIE PI was surprised to find out that a reservation is cancelled if the trailer is not picked up within 1 hour. I assumed that the trailer could be picked up any time during the day of the rental. It would help to have this information more prominently displayed during the reservation process. My reservation was cancelled as I arrived 30 minutes too late. I had to do a walk-in booking that was significantly more expensive.
KENNETH KI did all of my information on line, but was still told that I would have to wait (it took 30 minutes), just to get the key.
