He was supposed to set a drop off destination for SC and didn't when I called customer service the first time she was helpful and told me no problem changed it to a place in Greenville that I took it to and their customer service was wretched. The man was rude and would not help me find a place to take it I fell going out the door and am still not able to walk correctly and no one came to see if I was ok. Called customer service again and the the gentleman was polite and transfered me to a lady that was rude. By this time I had an attitude stressed to the max over dropping the car hauler she said the destination could not be changed and I knew it could. I knew this because she sent a message that all I could do was look at because when I fell I also broke my phone and glasses. Millennium was amazing they were polite and helpful to me even helped me unhook the trailer. I am 57 yrs old never used a rental company till now and will never use one again if U-Haul is the only one available.
