the PAK MAIL in Wellington on St.RD. 7 and Lake Worth ROAD in the Walmart Plaza was Excellent!!! we are using them again, and will highly rec. them for Uhaul Rental. The location on Lee Street in The Villages was also Excellent. We had to call customer service for several questions, 3 different times, and they were extremely helpful. Thank you!! very Much!! I just wanted to let someone at corporate know that I could not have anticipated a better experience with this rental. The staff at PAKMAIL were phenomenal. The customer experience received far exceeded prior experiences that I have had with U-Haul corporate locations. The staff at this location are truly an asset for your company. They were professional, knowledgeable and very customer focused. It was an experience that is missing from so many consumer and retail services experienced today.

JUDITH SIt was an easy process and very simple setup. I wished the truck was a little cleaner inside but everything can’t be perfect
Ren CThe location was behind a shopping center and very secluded. It was dark and I felt unsafe. There was suspicious activity and homeless person living in a car that stays parked next to the rental trucks. The truck was dirty and reeked of urine. I would've recommend active going here. Definitely shouldn't go alone.
