There was a dead roach on the side door and the cabin was extremely dirty.
JOSEPH MI have pictures of difference in mileage vs paperwork stated mileage. Made representative aware of difference and she stated she would put it in the comments. Once returned, the correct mileage wasn't added which included turn caused a charge more than it should have been. Disappointed.
Dorothy WI had an emergency move and they were great reserving the truck and having it ready in time. Employees were great and friendly.
WENDY EI had 2 add oil and the tire was low and I had 2 keep putting air in it.
