The good: I have used this location several times, location isn't fancy and shiny, but the service is great. The bad: Your phone app is total garbage
JOHN HDO NOT USE THIS PLACE…I have rented many U-haul trucks over the past three months and decided to give West Grove, PA a try. First the 20 foot truck roof leaked rain on my furniture. I was then running late unloading so I called and spoke to Louis to tell him about the leak and asked about my return time. He said the truck was due back two minutes ago at 9:58 so I explained how the very nice Kennett Square location allowed an extra hour buffer. Louis explained that it needed to be back by 11:15. We had it back by 10:25 which 30 minutes over. When I checked my bill and they charged me an extra day saying they change the 11:15 reservation to another truck. I called to talk to a woman Donnie at the office and she was so nasty I couldn’t believe it. I explained that they didn’t need to change the other reservation and that was there doing. Why should I be charged? When we dropped off the keys no one was at the desk. Very poor customer service and they overcharge.
