Charged me an extra day even when returned on time
Daisy PWe weren't notified that the truck was broke from the location we were set to pick up from so we had to spend an extra hour and a half just to deal with that and we were in a tight timeline.
Bruce JThe U-Haul app was not working for the rental return. I was overcharged for gas! There was one person working in the office and took over an hour for 3 customers in front of me to return the keys. When I finally was supported by the office manager, he said he would take care of completing the rental process and handed him the keys
