I put in my rental locations. The pickup was 50 minutes from my house. Which is 40 minutes past where I needed to use the moving truck. Then I was changed to again due to a lot being full in north shore Boston for the return. Ridiculous after moving all weekend and having to change plans because a location was overbooked. The return took an extra 40 minutes with traffic than the original requested drop off. Customer service was zero help. Then on top I was charged $18 for extra miles after I was told the miles would be increased. Would not use this service again. Terrible customer service.
