Shivani PWell I planned to use it for a one way instead of a local use. Then i change my mind and used it as a local and brought it back to the same place i pick it up and they didn't change it in the system and got a nasty phone call from the Uhaul in Middletown NJ about the tow dolly. Still haven't seen my refund yet from the one way to local.
Kevin KThe truck didn't have pads in it, and all they could say was 'dial that number' -- had to go to a different location for get furniture pads. Then, when I arrived at 3:55 to turn it in before a 4pm closing, they were already gone.
