They lied in the confirmation when they said they had everything ready for me and did not offer any solutions to the problem. They locked me outside the building and told me to call customer support to figure it out. I was stuck calling and waiting outside in the sun for 2 hours and nearly everyone I spoke with was very rude. They didn't have the equipment or keys ready and didn't help me at all.
