I waited 30+ minutes because trucks were overbooked and/or late getting returned. While I understand those things happen, the employees weren’t accommodating. The two other customers and I were willing to take different sized trucks/vans but the employees wanted to charge us the price difference. The employee hadn’t even tried to call the late customer despite them being ~1hr late according to the employee. I don’t think the employees were to blame fully as they mentioned they were both fairly new and probably not fully or properly trained. Neither management nor experienced were there or available to help them.

mele FAll went well. Checkout process was quick. Location was clean and personnel were friendly. Online process for checking in a vehicle went well this time. Last time it was tougher. When we got to picture 4 (rear with door open) we realized we had forgotten the dollys so we had to go back and get them. It then took several attempts to get the pictures done for the other parts. If something like that happens I suggest starting over instead of trying to pick up where you left off. There must be some sort of timing mechanism for the pictures that gets out of whack when there is a delay between pictures.
Matthew RI am very very upset they are supposed to be opened until 5 on Saturdays and they were gone by 3 or so… because I dropped of the trailer about 315 and no one was in the office it was all locked up I then came back at 4 to see if maybe they were at lunch or something and the doors were still locked up so I called them informing I returned the trailer and then called again to inform times since I didn’t mention times on the first call and then I got the receipt and I got an after hours late fee and then I was looking at my bank I was charged even more than what was on the late fee I am livid I am going into the store in the morning to find out why I fight the charge wish me luck
