The guy who checked us in was so incredibly rude, gave us a truck that had damage that caused issues when it was driven, and threw the bags of furniture pads at our feet when we went to get them. I cannot express how fucking rude and unprepared this man was.
Kaitlyn MI dropped the equipment off after hours so I did not talk with any staff.
SCOTT MTruck was parked in the back in the far corner while there was a whole row up front. I was then also charged $20 for returning it after hours when I specifically asked if it would cost me and was told no. Communication at this location is below expectation.
