DEBBIE CThe tire sensors did not work so it had a constant error, the drivers door had an issue closing and there was dirt in the back of the van. The gentleman checking me is was great but otherwise not a good experience. The gauge said 3/4 full when I picked it up and it’s on me for not checking the email that they say it was at 7/8th. I returned it at 3/4 and they charge me $22 extra in fuel. I called about the fuel and they said to call corporate.
Tana MThe employees who registered me and who accepted return of the truck were all very friendly and helpful. I was grateful for their assistance, efficiency, and patience. I’ve rented trucks from other companies and othe locations and some of the experiences have been really bad. This was the opposite. I won’t hesitate to use this location again.
