OMAR LWould not recommend!!! I stood for an hour trying to get the code to the truck talking to four different agents who took forever to get me a simple code to get keys! The app wouldn’t work in the area I was in! I tried from three different phones! The gas mileage was wrong when I finally was able to receive my first receipt. The truck was given to me on 34 miles to empty HOW DANGEROUS! Everyone apologized but ZERO compensation was made!!! That’s mind blowing because why wouldn’t you compensate me after a guy said he would put in a request and I’m sure he didn’t! I was pushed back almost two hours due to poor customer service and communication!!!
Raven FI rented a truck (because a van was not available) for a new hire to our company. When our employee arrived at the rental location, the person told him he had to go to a different U-Haul location, different from our reservation. When he arrived at the second location the person there said that there was no 10ft truck, so we were extorted into a 15ft with a higher price! This is nuts! I want a credit immediately. JLC
