I rented a truck (because a van was not available) for a new hire to our company. When our employee arrived at the rental location, the person told him he had to go to a different U-Haul location, different from our reservation. When he arrived at the second location the person there said that there was no 10ft truck, so we were extorted into a 15ft with a higher price! This is nuts! I want a credit immediately. JLC

BENJAMIN FForced to return the truck before my 24 hours pass was up! Had to empty my belongings on the street in order to return the truck! Real inconvenient! The schedule person never showed up to pick up the truck so I had to unload truck for nothing Very Very inconvenient! Thank you
