Back of truck was filthy we had to sweep, leaf blow then mop the inside before packing. The inside cab is covered in spilled drink and grime. Had to get gas before even leaving the parking lot because the gas needle was BELOW E! The truck itself sounds horrible and transmission seems to struggle when in tow/haul mode. I’d really like some more off my rental seeing as we had to deep clean the back before even loading and having to put gas in just to leave the parking lot.
John CIt was kind of a mess. No open parking
LANDON AEmployee did not help in any way. They told me to just hook up to the car dolly and go. When asked if they needed to inspect my vehicle to make sure it was proper hooked up they said no and that they did not do anything with U-Haul. Dolly had broken right fender and broken tail light.
TROY GIt was raining and wipers were worn out, Didn't keep windshield clear so I could see to drive. Every light was on on the dash. Tire pressure, service engine, etc.
