This location said that it was manned 7a-7p 7 days a week, but it was not. When I tried to call the number listed I got no answer. Thankfully someone from U-Haul scheduling was able to help me out.

This trailer was covered in mud when I picked it up. Given this location has no one on site, I'm not sure how they are verifying trailers are being returned clean, or cleaned for the next customer. Also, even thought I declined the $8 fee for Safe Tow, it was added to my order so I had to request for it to be removed and credited. This seems to be a common occurrence when I rent trailers from U-Haul no matter the location, so is U-Haul hoping the customer does not notice it and make extra profit.
