Our trailer drop-off in West Plains MO was on a weekend and the site was unmanned. We dropped off our contract copy in a box and got on the app and tried to comply with the app for the turn-in but it kept saying payment was not made; a little confusing but at the first of the week we received notification that our account was settled up.
