The initial reading of the fuel meter was wrong, and I was charged more for the fuel upon return, even though I pumped more fuel than initial. Upon contacting them there was no response and there haven’t been any updates. I sent them the mail with pictures as proof, but no action was taken.

I rented the Utility Dolly, but it is not available for pickup with the truck, and I was forced to pay for the item that I never used.
CASSIO AWhen I presented my Brazilian Licence, they told me they would only accept a Ontario licence. I insisted had already put my info online, and so he tried. After a few times trying to scan my license into the system, they told me it didn't accept it. I had to call customer service myself to make it work. The clerk was very respectful and helpful, always trying to do the right thing, but they lacked basic knowledge of how the system works and should work. I'm certain that the next time it will be a better experience.

RAMESH AThey gave me a truck that already had garbage inside (two Christmas ornaments, a broken TV remote, and a piece of Styrofoam). I assumed those items were not my responsibility. I only used the truck to deliver a sofa. When I returned the truck, they charged me $25 for cleaning. When I asked why, they pointed to the same Styrofoam piece that was already in the truck and claimed it was left by me. This was very unfair and disappointing.
