They gave me a truck that already had garbage inside (two Christmas ornaments, a broken TV remote, and a piece of Styrofoam). I assumed those items were not my responsibility. I only used the truck to deliver a sofa. When I returned the truck, they charged me $25 for cleaning. When I asked why, they pointed to the same Styrofoam piece that was already in the truck and claimed it was left by me. This was very unfair and disappointing.

ELEAZAR RI called a hour before i picked up the van. I had to clear off the snow and ice. The van was parked in a tight spot, and with the snow and ice covered parking it took 20-25 min just to get it out of the parking spot which cost me km and gas before i even left the lot. I had to get the manger come out and rock and move the van because I was afraid it was going to slide and hit another uhaul truck in the process, the manger at the store told me i would be discounted km & gas but that was not what happened when i received my bill by email the next day
