EMMANUELL CBe honest....I did a one way rental and was told that if I didn't use all 5 day it will be refunded to my card. When I turned the trailer in at the Tallahassee location the UHaul Rep said that there are no refund for the days no used. I was lied to, because I asked that question before I rented the trailer. If I had known that I would not have paid over $500 for a 2 day rental. This is piss poor customer service and I will be contacting the Better Business Bereau and the local news station.
MARLIN Drunning late on the trailer we’re in operable caused me delay and money in hotel fee because can only run the trailer during daytime hours
