Amy JI reserved the Uhaul truck for a quick trip, a mile trip, and for under a 2-hour job, which I entered during the reservation process online and was ignored, despite knowing the risk, I declined many of the upgrades and add-ons because it was a short job and distance. So despite this, upon getting to the location for pick-up, I was in a hurry due to an issue with the previous customer that took over half an hour to deal with, when I went to check out, I was still charged for things that I had declined and never discussed in person if I wanted to upgrade and was in a hurry due to being behind schedule. That the only time I was aware was upon looking at the receipt on my way to the job location. I would have wished that the online reservation would have been honored or discussed.
