This is the second time we have rented a truck from this location, and unfortunately, both times the gas tank was almost completely empty, with the fuel light already on. I understand that I am responsible for refueling the truck after my trip and returning it with the required amount of fuel. However, when I pick up a rental, I expect it to be ready for use. I have a limited amount of time and usually have plans to take care of, so having to stop immediately to get gas is an unnecessary inconvenience and takes time away from my trip. What is especially disappointing is that this seems to be an issue specific to this location. In the past, I rented from another location, and the truck always had at least half a tank of gas when I picked it up. I could simply get in and go. I hope management will address this issue. A rental vehicle should be ready to use when the customer picks it up. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.

The guy who was doing the front desk had terrible customer service. Directed me straight to using the mobile app but I had questions and he said he was busy. I was shocked:
